We work closely with you to create a comprehensive job description that guides the search comprising context in terms of the organisation and the role, success profile outlining the role’s responsibilities, and candidate profile outlining the career and educational requirements.
Following development of a search plan, which is tailored to the assignment of the hiring client, we embark on talent sourcing, sourcing candidates for the role, talent qualifying, qualifying potential candidates in accordance with the job description, and creating a talent shortlist, presenting a shortlist of candidates to the hiring client.
We work closely with you through the stages of the selection process, comprising interviews, discussions, and negotiations, and, tailored to the hiring client’s requirements if desired, help you with the subsequent onboarding of the successful candidate.
